Fund Structure & Design
Our Trans-Tasman team is experienced in supporting the development of tax-efficient fund structures that meet all stakeholder requirements (i.e. GP, LP and portfolios) and ensure that each are taxed appropriately over the life of the fund having particular regard to cross-jurisdictional tax regimes, whether it be for a closed ended fund or on a ‘deal by deal’ basis.
Tax Due Diligence
Our team provides the full scale and breadth of tax due diligence services across Australia and New Zealand, with support for other jurisdictions through the network.
Approach can vary from ‘desktop’ issue identification to a pragmatic ‘red flags’ report or a full detailed due diligence report (appropriate for insurance and lending purposes).
Buy & Sell side Tax Structuring
At GreenMount we develop tax efficient buy or sell-side transaction structures that are fit-for-purpose, having regard to your commercial requirements (e.g. facilitation of future bolt on/carve-out transactions, refinancing, profit repatriation and exit considerations).
