GreenMount Advisory, which exclusively supports the transactional and performance improvement needs of Australian and New Zealand private capital participants, has significantly expanded its Operating Partner Services offering.
Private Capital providers are typically close to their investments/loans and are seeking highly skilled experts that can support the scaling and progression of their portfolio companies – and support them in times of difficulty. There is an increasing reluctance to engage larger consulting firms as opposed to more experienced, agile industry experts – and this is what GreenMount’s Business Acceleration Partner (BAP) offering delivers.
Assembling a number of highly experienced professionals with deep industry experience, GreenMount’s BAP offering provides access to technology, supply chain, marketing, people, finance, transformation, restructuring and strategic execution skillsets delivered by leaders with no less than 20 years real experience leading and working with major global corporations. Housing these skills within GreenMount means they can be accessed for broad based engagements through to focused assignments in a highly cost-effective way – and without the accompanying leverage model typical of major advisory firms.
The initial BAPs include the highly regarded former head of IBM Consulting ANZ Doug Robinson; experienced global COO and performance improvement leader Jason Robertson; seasoned transformation leader and former GM of Sales Enablement at CBA Matina Zervos; Scott Barlow, a seasoned enterprise sales leader and global business development expert; Boris Chassang, a seasoned management consultant specialised in M&A and strategy; and Blake Ammit, a highly experienced debt structuring and investment banking professional.
